Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team at CM Chicken. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to process transactions accurately, assist customers with their purchases, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders

• Accurately process payments using POS systems like Aloha POS

• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries

• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring correct change and receipts

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Assist with packaging orders and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism

• Support team members in various areas of the restaurant as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service setting is preferred

• Knowledge of POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

• Willingness to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed
