What Is It?
MacArthur Center's Mall Walking Club is a fun, free way to walk yourself to a healthier tomorrow!

Mall walking at MacArthur Center provides a safe, comfortable and convenient way for men and women of all ages to improve their health and fitness.



How Does It Work?
  • All club members will receive a complimentary pedometer to step their work out into high gear. Stop by Customer Service to receive your free pedometer.

  • Walk the following track on the first floor for 0.50 miles. Click here for map.

      - Start at Papyrus and Zales and walk toward Nordstrom

      - Walk to and around the corridor between Trade Secret and Underground Station

      - Return to the center hallway, turn left and walk toward Grand Court

      - Turn left at Grand Court and walk toward Dillard's

      - Walk to and around the corridor between Fred Meyers and Lenscrafters (0.25 MILE)

      - Return to the center hallway and walk back toward Grand Court

      - Walk to and around the corridor between California Pizza Kitchen and Kincaid's

      - Walk to and back the corridor between Champs and Forever 21

      - Return to the center hallway and walk toward Nordstrom and end at Arden B and Kay Jewelers (0.50 MILE)

  • You can keep track of your mileage online. Just click on the link below to register and record your distance.

Mall Walking FAQs

    Do I have to walk with the group or can I walk on my own?
    With our new on-line mall walking program you can walk on your own, at your own pace and record and track your miles and/or steps online.

    Where do I park?
    Please park in the North Parking Deck, located at the corner of St. Paul’s Blvd and Market Street, on Level One. Come into the mall via the N1 entrance between Kay Jewelers and Papyrus.

    What time does the mall open?
    The mall opens for mall walkers at 7:30 a.m. and you can walk anytime between 7:30am and closing time.

    Do I have to pay to park?
    If you walk in the morning and depart the shopping center by 9:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday or 11:30 a.m. on Sunday parking is free. Otherwise, normal parking rates apply.
